2010 Governor's Award

Noah Moore, Director of Juvenile Diversion Programs for the Ninth Judicial Circuit Solicitor's Office, was presented the 2010 Governor's Award for Volunteer Administration. 

Governor Mark Sanford was in the upstate inspecting tornado damage and was unable to attend the ceremony at the Statehouse.  Scott English, Chief of Staff, presented the award on April 26.  A luncheon at the Governor's Mansion followed the ceremony.

Congratulations 2010 Arbitrators

Congratulations to the newest class of volunteer Arbitrators!

Twenty-six volunteers completed the 21 hours of training for the Ninth Circuit Solicitor's Office Community Juvenile Arbitration Program and will be hearing their first cases within the next few weeks.

2010 Class Full

The Ninth Circuit Solicitor's Office 2010 Juvenile Arbitration Training Class is now full. The class will start this Saturday and graduates will start hearing cases in February.

If you would like to attend the 2011 class, please download the application and mail it to the Solicitor's Office.

New Volunteer Arbitrator Training Class

The Ninth Circuit Solicitor's Office will conduct its annual volunteer training in January 2010. The dates for the class are:

Saturday - January 9, 2010 (10am-6pm)
Saturday - January 23, 2010 (10am-6pm)
Saturday - February 6, 2010 (10am-6pm)

All classes will be held at the Mount Pleasant Police Department Training Room.
